Experis Luxembourg - IT Applications Manager

One of our clients, is currently looking to hire an Applications Manager for coordinating the implementation, maintenance and evolution of their Information System.

 

 

Your responsibilities

  • You will maintain on a daily basis the integration of the different applications under your responsibility
  • Maintain a general working knowledge of all applications and in-house enhancements; act as primary technical contact  with software vendor in person
  • Install, maintain and evaluate new releases of software; execute performance testing and tuning as required
  • Regularly assess the application's performances and tune it up if necessary
  • Ensure third level support to the user
  • You will create manuals and publishes guidelines for proper use of the systems

 

Your profile

  • You hold a Computer Science degree (Master or  Bachelor)
  • You have 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of Application Lifecycle Management
  • You are familiar with the funds industry in general
  • You are at ease with PL-SQL and Shell-script development
