IT Fund Administration Project Team

As part of a strategic project aimed at strengthening and modernizing Fund Administration and Investment Accounting tools, we are building a dedicated team of 4 specialized consultants.

This team will provide expertise in functional analysis, technical analysis, development, testing, deployment, and change management.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies in collaboration with business teams.
  • Critically and constructively analyze business requirements.
  • Draft business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Ensure regular validation of requirements and dependencies with stakeholders.
  • Develop the expected features within the assigned scope.
  • Define and execute the testing plan (strategy, test cases, deliverables).
  • Organize and coordinate user acceptance testing with business teams.
  • Contribute to change management (documentation, training, support).
  • Provide functional support during the transition or warranty phase.
  • Produce regular reporting in coordination with the project manager.
  • Share expertise and contribute to team skill development.
  • Apply project management standards and best practices (Agile methodology).

 

Required Skills

  • Multifonds Global Accounting System, with strong experience in WEM (Workflow & Exception Monitoring), both functional and technical.
  • IT processes related to Fund Administration: interfaces and satellite activities (asset valuation, securities and transactions, reconciliation, complex parameter settings such as chart of accounts, data extraction, reporting).
  • Development skills: Oracle, PL/SQL, Java.
  • Project management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). French is an asset.

 

Desired Profile

  • Experienced consultant (5-7 years minimum) in Fund Administration / Investment Accounting.
  • Strong analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to challenge business requirements.
  • Experience in international and multicultural environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge within the team.

 

Conditions

  • Open positions: 4 consultants (complementary functional and technical profiles).
  • Contract type: Permanent contract (CDI). Experienced freelancers are also welcome to apply.
  • Methodology: Agile.
  • Salary package: between €80K and €100K annually, depending on experience and profile.
