Halian is currently looking for a Help Desk specialist - Level 1 to join one of its major customers located in Luxembourg.
By joining this client, you will have the opportunity to greatly enlarge your career prospects through the numerous internal openings that are available to employees.
- As a part of the Help Desk Team, you will be responsible to accept the requests, mainly by phone, to record and resolve.
- Those unresolved should be passed to 2nd/3rd level support team after investigation.
- Your main tasks would be First level support for Office software and Hardware incidents.
- You have a first experience in a IT Support function
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and in Hardware configuration
- Ability to diagnose the cause of problems in a complex environment and to provide effective solutions quickly
- Self motivated and ability to work on own initiative in a pressure environment
- Willing to work variable shifts
- You have excellent communication skills in:
- Luxembourgish - Fluent
- French - Fluent
- German - Fluent
