Le service IT d'un de nos clients recherche un Incident Manager expérimenté pour renforcer la coordination de la gestion des incidents et des problèmes. Ce rôle clé vise à assurer une résolution rapide et efficace des incidents critiques tout en contribuant à l'amélioration continue des processus IT.
Missions principales
- Coordination des incidents : Suivre les incidents critiques, assurer leur escalade et garantir une communication fluide avec les parties prenantes.
- Gestion des problèmes : Identifier les problèmes récurrents, analyser les causes racines et proposer des plans d'action correctifs.
- Reporting & amélioration continue : Consolider les données d'incidents, produire des rapports à destination du management et recommander des optimisations des processus ITSM.
Qualifications requises
- Formation & expérience : Diplôme BAC+3 à BAC+5 en informatique ou gestion de projet, avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
- Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise des outils ITSM et du Pack Office.
- Connaissance des bonnes pratiques ITIL (gestion des incidents, changements, configuration).
- Familiarité avec les méthodologies projet (Scrum, Hermes, Prince2...).
- Qualités personnelles :
- Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et résistance au stress.
- Langues :
- Français niveau C1 minimum.
- Anglais niveau B2 minimum.
- La connaissance du luxembourgeois ou de l'allemand est un atout.
