Halian - Junior Helpdesk Support

Are you looking for a new professional challenge? We have an opportunity for a permanent

contract for one of our clients in Luxembourg

 

Working languages Luxembourgish and/or French and English required

 

 

The mission

  • Prevent downtime, avoid malfunctions.
  • Control the proper functioning of central and distributed systems, applications, and the network.
  • Acknowledge receipt of alerts and execute the associated procedures.
  • Record and justify its actions using the tools provided for the mission.
  • Perform the required escalations according to the procedures in place.
  • Ensure a high quality of service and reporting to the Event Manager and to the client.

 

Your Profile

  • Degree in IT.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Technical knowledge of one or several ticketing tools, Active Directory, Microsoft 365.
  • You like working in shifts.

 

Languages

 

Fluent in French and/or Luxembourgish and good level in English.

 

 

General Skills

 

Good logic, concentration, good understanding of procedures.
