General job description
As part of the IT Infrastructure department, you will join the Network & SecOps team, which is responsible for the implementation, advanced management, and continuous evolution of PwC Luxembourg's network, operational security, and Telecom infrastructure. We are looking for a skilled professional with strong Network Engineer expert to support daily operations and strategic projects.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain network components, with a focus on Cisco SDA, ACI, SD-WAN, and ISE
- Manage inter-site and Internet connections, including multi-ISP setups, AS number configurations, and Lucix connections
- Enhance and maintain the SolarWinds monitoring solution
- Maintain, upgrade, and automate network configurations based on evolving requirements
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide expert-level support
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies; evaluate and test new solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational reports
- Identify and report potential issues and risks proactively
Technical competencies
- Strong background in Network Administration
- In-depth understanding of legacy Cisco networks
- Proven expertise in Cisco SDA/ACI - Mandatory
- Familiarity with Cisco SD-WAN and ISE - Preferred
- Experience with SolarWinds or similar network monitoring tools
Certifications: Professional certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are highly desirable
