Halian - Process & Support ITSM Manager

Halian est actuellement à la recherche d'un Process & Support ITSM Manager pour l'un de nos client au Luxembourg.


Vos missions

  • Documenter, réviser et maintenir l'ensemble des processus, procédures et documents liés aux services opérationnels
  • Elaborer des processus: analyse fonctionnelle, conception et mise en place
  • Prendre en charge les demandes d'évolutions des outils ITSM
  • Veiller à la cohérence et la pertinence des informations publiées au travers des différents systèmes
  • Assurer la bonne utilisation du système documentaire, répondre aux besoins et attentes
  • Garantir le maintien opérationnel des outils de gestion opérationnelle et de projets


Votre profil

  • Être détenteur d'un Bac+3 informatique ou avoir une expérience équivalente
  • Disposer d'une expérience en production informatique et en gestion des processus opérationnels ITIL ; certification « ITIL Foundation V3 » requise, autre certification ITIL intermédiaire souhaitée
  • Savoir administrer un outil ITSM, de préférence ServiceNow
  • Etre organisé et avoir une expérience en gestion de projet
  • Disposer d'un esprit d'équipe, savoir travailler de manière autonome et avoir de bonnes aptitudes relationnelles
  • Avoir un très bon niveau rédactionnel en français et en anglais. Maitriser l'allemand et le luxembourgeois est considéré comme un avantage
