Halian - IT Service Account Manager

Your Responsibilities

  • You maintain a relationship of trust with the customers you will be supporting and provide them with the necessary visibility into the level of services provided in relation to the defined SLAs;
  • You identify with customers their future needs and identify areas for improvement of services provided;
  • You regularly measure the performance of the services provided to the client
  • You are able to offer innovative solutions that meet customer requirements;
  • You are the first point of escalation of the customer in case of dissatisfaction
  • You put your knowledge and methodology at the disposal of customers through high value-added consulting assignments.

 

Profile

  • You have a university education of the engineer or master type with computer or proven expereince;
  • You have gained more than five years of professional experience in the field of client portfolio management, preferably on Managed Services or outsourcing projects;
  • You are focused on customer satisfaction, your personal commitment guarantees a high level of service for customers;
  • With a keen sense of organization, management of priorities, deadlines, you get right to the point; you have a leadership spirit;
  • Dynamic, autonomous and creative, you appreciate challenges and team spirit;
  • Very good command of French and English is required;
  • Knowledge of Itilv3 or Prince 2 project methodologies is considered an asset.
