Halian - ServiceNow Administrator

Mission: As part of the ongoing operations on the CTS platform and its success, we aim to strengthen the team of ServiceNow Administrators. The role involves designing, developing, customizing applications, and providing daily support to platform users.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, build, and customize ServiceNow applications
  • Provide assistance to end-users of the platform
  • Manage daily support and maintenance operations
  • Create and customize user interface policies, actions, scripts, pages, and business rules
  • Assist and manage application updates, data loading, and maintenance

Good mastery of scripting (UI, client, br, ACL)

 

Good communication

Experience in deployment and configuration of nowmobile application
