Halian - Support Engineer

Halian is currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer in the field of Unified Communications.

 

 

Role:

 

You will join a team of 6 people and will be mainly responsible to

  • Provide level 2 support (by phone, remotely and on client site) across various technologies (mainly VoIP and CloudPBX) and for prestigious clients
  • Troubleshoot incidents
  • Liaise with vendors

 

Skills

  • University degree in IT (BAC+2/BAC+3) with 2-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Good experience with Cisco equipment
  • Knowledge with VoIP is a strong asset
  • Certifications are an asset (CCNA Voice and/or ACFE/ACSE OmniPCX Enterprise)
  • Fluent in French and in English, Luxembourgish and German are a plus
