Le Test Environnement Manager sera responsable de la gestion des environnements de test pour une institution financière. Ce rôle, à la fois opérationnel et stratégique, vise à coordonner et assurer la disponibilité, la performance et l'optimisation des environnements Mainframe hors production.
Missions
- Évaluer l'état actuel des environnements hors production et établir un calendrier centralisé pour organiser leur utilisation.
- Identifier et résoudre les problèmes critiques rapidement, documenter les règles d'utilisation et mettre en œuvre un système de réservation clair.
- Définir des règles de gouvernance, consolider la cartographie des applications et des systèmes, et proposer des améliorations basées sur les meilleures pratiques.
- Maintenir une communication claire avec toutes les parties prenantes, organiser des réunions régulières et collaborer avec les équipes informatiques pour garantir le respect des meilleures pratiques.
Profil
- Expérience en gestion de multiples environnements (DEV, Test, UAT, Preprod, PROD) et bonnes connaissances des environnements Mainframe (LPARs, Mqs, DB2, JCL, REXX, CICS).
- Compétences en mise en place de systèmes de réservation des environnements (ServiceNow, Jira) et en gestion des tests (ISTQB, TMap).
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément, leadership, et solides compétences en communication et en négociation.
