As part of our ongoing commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled VMware infrastructure Consultant to reinforce our infrastructure operations team. the consultant will be responsible for managing day-to-day technical activities, including incident resolution, client request handling, and proactive infrastructure support.

 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support for VMware-based environments, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Manage and troubleshoot Virtualization platforms and related infrastructure components
  • Handle client requests and incident tickets with professionalism and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve IaaS architecture

  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

     

Technical requirements

  • Proven expertise in VMware technologies, including:
    • vSphere 8
    • vCloud Director 10.5 / 10.6
    • NSX-V and NSX-T
    • vSAN
    • vRealize Log Insight (Vrli)
    • vRealize Operations (vROps)
  • Strong understanding of IaaS architecture: compute, Storage, networking, and security
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco UCS B/C series servers and UCS Manager
  • Familiarity with other Hardware vendors is considered a plus

 

Candidate profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure operations or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
