We are you looking forward to taking on a new role as Network & Security Engineer for our client, a major international company in the financial services sector (Financial Services Permanent - Luxembourg)
Your missions
- Install, configure and maintain security and network devices (Firewalls, proxies, SIEM, DataCenter or campus switches) and associated management tools
- Oversee and manage the entire network and security infrastructure + handle daily operations
- Proactively ensure system security and availability
- Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with defined SLAs
- Develop and maintain scripts and device-specific commands
- Provide third-level support for deployed solutions and complex incident resolution
Required skills for the role
- You have at least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position
- You have extensive technical knowledge of Cisco products and with leading Firewall constructors (Fortinet or CheckPoint or Palo Alto).
- You have developed good leadership skills that would allow you to evolve as Team Leader of the team.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- You are fluent in English (mandatory) and ideally have a fluent level in French.
