Our client, one of the major player in banking domain in Luxembourg, is looking for a Service Desk Agent.
- Provide technical support (1 & 2).
- Single point of contact for resolution of technology related issues.
- Support network and e-mail connectivity, computer operating system, Hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot basic software and Hardware problems
- At least one significant experience as ServiceDesk Agent.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Deep expertise on Windows 7.
- Strong knowledge of office tools (word,excel...) and Active Directory.
