Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Core Banking Systems for a large international bank. The ideal candidate is a senior professional with extensive experience in managing teams and a deep expertise in core banking systems, particularly T24. This role involves overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of core banking systems to ensure optimal performance and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Management and Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of core banking professionals, ensuring their development and performance. Coordinate team activities to achieve the bank's strategic objectives.
- Implementation and Maintenance: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of core banking systems, especially T24. Ensure the systems' availability, reliability, and security.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to optimize banking processes and systems. Collaborate with other departments to integrate new technologies and meet regulatory requirements.
Profile
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in core banking systems, with specific expertise in T24. Previous experience as a Head of Core Banking Systems in a large bank.
- Management Skills: Strong experience in team management, with demonstrated leadership and talent development skills.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of core banking systems, particularly T24. Ability to manage complex projects and work under pressure.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
