We are looking for a Technical Support on IAM and AD
The person will also help on migration project (Windows 11: coordination tasks notably).
Responsibilities
- Assume ownership and responsibility for the local IAM processes.
- Support the business and ensure, that policy-aligned controls are implemented and adhered to, e.g. 4-Eyes-Principles and Segregation of Duties.
- Foster a timely processing of user access requests and recertification-based access revocations.
- Collaborate with both local and global stakeholders, especially the IT Application Owners and Technical Information Security Officers on identity and access related topics.
- Coordinate ITIL related process for your processes, such as Incident, Problem and Change management.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college or university (or equivalent Diploma) is preferred
- 3+ years professional experience in IT related areas.
- Fluent in English (written/verbal), German is appreciated.
Skills
- Proven professional experience in related Identity and Access administration processes (e.g. Active Directory or application-internal user administration).
- Initial previous experiences with ServiceNow as a ticket system are perceived positively.
- Track record of your ability to work collaboratively within a team, to maintain orderly workflows,
prioritise skills, and to have a keen sense of urgency or importance of concurrent tasks.
* Knowledge of Luxemburg regulations and experience in the financial sector is an advantage.
