Your responsabilities
- Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals
- Manage iMac requests including workstation moves, Hardware replacements, and upgrades
- Troubleshoot Hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support workplace technologies including Windows 11, Microsoft 365, printers, and Mobile devices
- Perform asset management, stock control, and inventory updates
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and operational procedures
- Escalate complex incidents when necessary and follow up until resolution
Your profile
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Fluent in French and good level en English.
- 1 year of experience in IT support, desktop support, or iMac services
- Good knowledge of Hardware troubleshooting and workstation deployment
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL practices is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
