Mission of 3 months renewable (long term project)
Our client is developing strong infrastructures solutions for data centers since more than 20 years and is now an ICT privileged partner for his clients.
In order to Support their activities, they are looking for a freelance Helpdesk/Support level 1 and 2 to join their team.
- 70% Service Desk business:
- End user support L1-L2
- Windows system administration
- AD administration
- Exchange administration
- Software installation
- Ticketing management
- Newcomer/leaver process
- IOS support
- Creating and maintaining operational procedures
- ITIL knowledge
- 30% SharePoint:
- Administration, Access management.
- Creation and administration of workspaces
- Creation of SharePoint components
- Document management.
- Graduated in IT (bachelor level ideally);
- First relevant experience in a support position (3-5 years);
- first experience as SharePoint Administrator;
- English Fluent, French is a big asset as the team is French speaking;
- Expert in Microsoft environment, Microsoft Servers, Exchange.
