Nous recrutons un(e) Chef(fe) de Projet IT Junior pour renforcer notre équipe technique et accompagner nos clients dans le déploiement de solutions CloudPBX et de connectivité.
Vos responsabilités
- Piloter au quotidien des projets de type CloudPBX et connectivité, en garantissant leur bon déroulement et une expérience client optimale.
- Assurer la coordination globale des projets, de la validation du périmètre fonctionnel avec le client jusqu'à la mise en œuvre.
- Planifier les installations en lien avec les clients et les équipes techniques internes.
- Vérifier la faisabilité technique sur site, notamment l'état du câblage interne.
- Être l'interlocuteur principal des clients, des équipes commerciales et des services internes tout au long du projet.
Votre profil
- Diplôme de niveau Bachelor (BAC+3) en informatique ou télécommunications, idéalement complété par une première expérience en gestion de projets IT (connectivité, voix).
- Connaissances de base en réseaux IP et en technologies VoIP.
- Sens des responsabilités, orientation client et flexibilité dans la gestion des priorités.
- Approche pragmatique, orientée solutions, avec une volonté d'amélioration continue.
- Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, rigueur et excellentes capacités rédactionnelles.
- Autonomie dans le travail et solides compétences en organisation.
- Aisance relationnelle avec les clients et les équipes internes.
- Permis de conduire B valide au Luxembourg.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ; la connaissance du luxembourgeois et de l'allemand est un atout.
