Main responsibilities
- Support the design, installation, and management of end-user Hardware and software
- Bring fresh ideas to improve and optimize our existing IT environment - and help turn those ideas into reality
- Provide level 1 & 2 technical support to colleagues across the entire organization
- Work closely within the IT team to maintain secure and reliable systems
- Engage in an environment that values initiative, new perspectives, and creative thinking
- Contribute to maintenance activities and hands-on technical projects across our full IT ecosystem
- Help us explore and implement innovative technological solutions
Your profile (required qualifications)
- Prior experience in the IT field (internships count!)
- A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Eagerness to learn and develop within IT infrastructure and architecture
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks
- Analytical, structured, and detail‑oriented approach to work
- Fluency in English is required, along with French and/or German. Additional languages are an asset
Your skills
- Basic knowledge of system administration (Windows Client - Windows Server and Linux are a plus)
- Basic understanding of network and security fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls)
- Any hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of IT architecture
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Clear communication skills and the ability to document technical topics
