🚀 Junior PMO (IT) - Luxembourg

 

 

As part of several IT projects for one of our clients in the financial sector in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Junior PMO to strengthen the project teams.

 

💼 Your responsibilities:

 

- Support the management and follow-up of IT projects

- Monitor project planning, budgets, and risks

- Prepare project committees and reporting (KPIs, status reports)

- Coordinate between technical teams and project stakeholders

- Track action items and contribute to the improvement of project governance processes

 

🎯 Profile required:

 

- 1 to 3 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or IT Coordination

- Good understanding of IT / ICT environments

- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent)

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Professional proficiency in French and English

 

📍 Location: Luxembourg
