Key objectives of the job
- Support the production environment 24/7 as well as the ITIL process and solve business and IT incidents (of increasing complexity) with innovative solutions to ensure that a maximum service level is provided to Customers on a 24-hour basis.
- Prepare, set-up and maintain the different environments required, according to the project phases (development, testing...) with our infrastructure provider.
- Implement, integrate and support third party software as well as internally developed applications within the IT Services.
- Analyze problems and resolve issues and perform monitoring, tuning, optimization of performance of in-house IT applications as well as third party software whilst ensuring maximum availability and service to customers.
- Expert on service operability, monitoring as well as application interfaces.
- Privileged contact for operational IT process within BIL and versus external providers/clients.
- Lead or participate in the operational meetings with our infrastructure provider.

- Ensure the integrity of the production environment and implement upgrades or new products that are critical for the daily operational business.
- Handle incidents and problems from a resolution or coordination point of view.
- Create and update all documents related to applications/process and their supporting systems.
- Be the link between development team, external providers and internal clients.
- Continuous improvement on service quality

More required knowledge ITIL methodology (certified if IT Process Support engineer)
