Mission description - Intervention scope
▪Perform Fund's Net Asset Valuation calculation in respect with the local GAAP or IFRS, our internal accounting procedures and International Standards such as ISAE3402.
▪Be responsible for the second level of controls and participate in maintaining high standards in terms of quality of our internal and external relationship.
▪Understand the operational and financial risks related to the fund accountant mission to guarantee a quality service in line with client expectations.
▪Helps for the follow-up of the different queries from clients.
Technical description of the mission's environment
▪Material: PC Laptop,
▪Software: Pack Microsoft Office, Multifonds FA, Calculo, Intellimatch.
Results expected / Deliverables
The aim will be to:
➢Net Asset Value Calculation in respect of our procedures and the ISAE3402 standard :
oEnsure the Zero Default Quality.
oEnsure reconciliations are performed (cash, securities, shares in issue) and any difference is explained.
oEnsure the follow-up of the pending items, and escalate to the management in case of long and/or impacting pending.
oCalculate and control the Net Asset Values.
oCheck that the Pricing of the underlying out of tolerance is correct with the usual Pricing Sources.
oProvide answers when required to any person in charge an action in the NAV Cycle.
oRespect our clients Net Asset Value publication cut offs.
oContribute to all tasks relating to the lifecycle of funds (launch of share class, deactivation of share class, liquidation.)
➢Understand the operational and financial risks related the fund accountant mission :
By using the “Self Risk Assessment” documents. Inform immediately your manager when an error has been discovered or in case of a problem affecting our client duties.
➢Respect our client publication cut offs :
By adapting your work in relation with your daily planning.
➢Year End closing and Audit :
Ensure all the documents are available in due time for the auditors. Provide answers to the auditors within two business days.
