We are seeking a Transfer Agency Reconciliation & Reporting Specialist to provide operational support during a period of increased activity driven by the onboarding of a new client. The successful candidate will contribute to the setup, execution, monitoring, and maintenance of reporting and reconciliation activities.
Key Responsibilities
The scope of responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:
- Reporting activities (50%):
- Prepare and configure reporting setups for newly onboarded funds, distributors, and investors.
- Coordinate the creation, validation, and maintenance of reporting parameters and templates.
- Prepare and distribute the welcome letters to investors and counterparties.
- Ensure reporting requirements are accurately captured and implemented in accordance with the specifications.
- Onboarding support
- Reconciliation activities (50%):
- Set up new entities, accounts, and counterparties within reconciliation tools.
- Configure reconciliation parameters and matching rules according to operational requirements.
- Participate in the definition, testing, and implementation of automated matching rules.
- Monitor reconciliation breaks and assist in the investigation and resolution of exceptions.
- Onboarding support
- Operational excellence:
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased automation.
- Contribute to issue resolution and escalation management where required.
- Support ad hoc operational, reconciliation, and reporting activities as business needs evolve.
Required skills & experience
- Experience in Transfer Agency, Operations, Reconciliation, and Reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Results expected / deliverables: The aim will be to: Setup, execution, monitoring, and maintenance of reporting and reconciliation activities.
