We are looking for an experienced L3 Application Support Engineer to support business-critical Human Resources (HR) applications. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the stability and continuity of HR platforms, while also contributing to ongoing technical improvements in a hybrid cloud environment.
Main Responsibilities
Under the guidance of a service delivery manager, your responsibilities will include:
Level 3 Support
- Provide advanced technical support for several off-the-shelf HR applications (COTS)
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues, both functional and technical
- Ensure proper incident tracking and full resolution follow-up
Cloud Management (Azure / AWS)
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Manage EntraID groups and roles
- Administer cloud-based components used by the HR systems
Documentation and User Support
- Draft and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Train and support users on tools and best practices
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in supporting COTS HR applications
- Strong knowledge of Azure and/or AWS
- Familiarity with the following tools is a strong asset:
- RLDatix - DefenceSuite / OneView (APMS)
- Creative Information Technology - manageID (AMIS)
- PNMSoft Sequence
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Profile
- You hold a valid NATO SECRET security clearance (mandatory)
- You are fluent in French with at least a B2 level
- You are comfortable working in an international, structured environment
