LuxTrust - Help Desk Agent

Roles and Essential Activities

  • You will be in charge of customer support by phone, email and face to face visits
  • You will intervene in the process of continuous improvement of our solutions
  • You will be part of the Customer Department and an active member of the LuxTrust's Certificate
  • Registration Authority: You will join a dynamic team working for private and institutional clients

 

Specific Profile

  • Great facilities for verbal and written communication
  • Native Language : Dutch - fluent in English and French
  • Knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is considered an advantage
  • Fascinated and experienced in new information and communication technologies
  • Positive, open minded and eager to learn
  • Able to work in groups and independently
  • Resistant to stress
  • Experience in helpdesk is considered a benefit
  • Minimum a secondary school diploma, preferably in computer science
