Meridian Consulting - Functional Analyst (Finance and Risk)

Ref.: ZR_13_JOB

Your main objectives will be

  • To lead functional analysis by qualifying business requirements, proposing implementation scenarios in link with Finance & Risk strategy, architectural principles and guidelines,
  • To respect Project Portfolio Methodology and Target Operating Model by producing Functional Design related documentation,

  • To collaborate with the test competence center team by specifying test conditions and expected results based on requirements, by conducting functional test cases,

  • To facilitate IT solution estimation in collaboration with project managers and IT development teams,

  • To collaborate with Business Process team by identifying opportunities, driving changes and improvements in business architecture and processes design

 

Competencies

  • Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Engineering - BAC + 5,

  • Languages: English & French,

  • Knowledge of Data Modeling Methods,

  • Knowledge in Mega / Hopex solution for Enterprise Architecture and UML design will be an advantage,

  • Prior experience of functional analysis in IT, with a proven ability to understand business issues and to structure functional specifications

  • Banking knowledge, especially in Finance or Risk,

  • Knowledge or prior experience in Business Intelligence tools architecture, concepts (Cods, Data Warehouse, Datamart) and management in a self-service environment: Qlikview, Business Objects, SAS, ...

  • Interest in bank regulation (Basel Iii, Ifrs9, Emir, Sftr, Bcbs239...)
