At NEOFACTO, we love pushing the boundaries of innovation. After working on the automatic extraction of information from CVs, we now want to take things further: improve the quality of our CRM data and turn our candidate database into a true source of intelligence for recruitment.
🚀 THE PROJECT
Our CRM contains thousands of pieces of information about our consultants and candidates: experience, skills, technologies, roles, assignments, industries, availability...
The problem? Part of this information only exists in CVs, using very different formats and terminology.
Your goal will be to use AI and Machine Learning to transform this unstructured data into reliable, standardized and actionable information.
You will have the opportunity to work directly with our CTO, supported by our technical team.
🔧 Tech Stack: Python, LLMs, HuggingFace, PyTorch, LangChain/Lang Graph, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Search, MLflow, REST APIs.
🌟 YOUR MISSION
During this internship, you will work on:
· Automatically extracting and enriching information from CVs to build structured candidate profiles;
· Normalizing skills, roles and experiences despite variations in terminology;
· Detecting inconsistent, missing or outdated data;
· Evaluating the quality and confidence level of AI-generated data;
· Implementing semantic search and matching between candidate profiles and job descriptions;
· Statistically analysing our candidate database to extract useful recruitment insights;
· Experimenting with LLMs, embeddings, RAG and specialized models.
A particular focus will be placed on traceability: any information generated by AI should be understandable, verifiable and correctable.
👤 YOUR PROFILE
· You are a final-year student in IT / Data / AI;
· You are curious, passionate about AI and Machine Learning, and enjoy experimenting;
· You also like to measure and evaluate whether what you build actually works;
· You are comfortable communicating and explaining your work, both verbally and in writing;
· You are comfortable working in both French and English.
NICE TO HAVE
· You have interesting personal projects on GitHub;
· You have already experimented with LLMs, RAG, embeddings or Machine Learning models;
· You enjoy memes and GIFs to brighten up the day! 😄
