We are looking for an experienced an API Automation Test Engineer to join the projects of our client in the financial sector in Luxembourg.

Missions
- Develop test scenarios for functional, integration, usability and performance testing based on business and technical requirements
- Implement tests using Selenium, Rest Assured, Test NG
- Maintain existing test suite (auto and manual)
- Support the application releases, by monitoring and stabilizing the existing automated test suites execution
- Build test plan, perform test execution, report issues and perform quality checks after issue resolution
- Reviews test scenarios, scripts and test data developed by other team members
- Document testing activities (management of test execution results in test management tool, contribute to creation of test reports reports and quality assurance metrics)
Profile
- You have a proven experience in a testing environment in cross-functional teams
- You have a proven hands on experience in script development using scripting languages
- You have an experience using Rest Assured
- You have an experience using Test runners (Junit5 or TestNG; Understanding of Watchers + Callbacks or Listeners)
- You have some experience with Java (Java 8, OOP, Collections)
- You have a strong understanding of the Microservices environment
- You have some experience with UI Automation Testing (Playwright with java, Selenium, Cucumber)
- You have some experience with Jira & Xray for test management & reporting
- ISTQB certification is mandatory
- You have a very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- You have a Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related (technical) degree/diploma will be considered an asset
- You have an experience in financial/ banking domain will be considered an asset

- Technical tests
- Receipt of our salary proposal / exclusivity agreement
- 2nd interview with our Business Manager
- Proposal of your application to the client
- Interview at the client's premises, which can be conducted either by video or in person
