Missions
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, refinements, reviews, retrospectives) and chapter collaboration
- Analyze data and customer insights to identify and drive improvements in the customer journey
- Optimize processes to enhance customer experience and maximize business value
- Define and deliver customer journey strategy, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Maintain a strong end-to-end understanding of products, services, and customer processes
- Monitor and improve performance using KPIs (customer satisfaction, quality, cost, revenue)
- Support resolution of customer incidents and complaints
- Drive innovation by developing new methods, standards, products, and processes
- Enhance and evolve distribution practices to meet and set market standards
Profile
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to align diverse priorities
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and expectations
- Curious and proactive, continuously building expertise on products, processes, and market trends
- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and make data-informed decisions
- Deep understanding of customer, business, and banking processes
- Strategic thinker with the ability to define and drive a long-term vision
- Proactive and innovative, turning ideas into actionable improvements
- Team-oriented mindset, fostering collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement in an Agile environment
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
