We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Business Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions by conducting rigorous end-to-end business analysis, defining system and process requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT applications. You will work closely with business representatives and development teams to drive operational efficiency, enhance system sustainability, and deliver quantifiable business value.
Missions

Conduct end-to-end investigation, analysis, review, and documentation of business goals, objectives, functions, and processes, along with their underlying data structures.

Identify and define functional and non-functional requirements to improve business processes and systems, optimize costs, enhance sustainability, and quantify expected business benefits.

Collaboratively create and iterate on viable specifications and user acceptance criteria to prepare complex information and communication systems for seamless deployment.

Act as a primary liaison with business representatives, facilitating workshops, gathering key requirements, and maintaining strong collaborative relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Partner closely with software engineering and design teams to translate business needs into robust technical requirements for complex IT applications.
Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field from an accredited university. An MBA or PhD is highly preferred as an additional qualification.

Proven, solid experience in business analysis, system design, and software development lifecycles (SDLC) for complex IT applications.

Exceptional comfort and competence in facing business representatives and directly collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
