We are looking for a DevOps / MLOps intern to help us industrialise our CRM Intelligence platform and make sure our data and AI services can be deployed, monitored and operated efficiently.
🚀 THE PROJECT :
NEOFACTO is building a new intelligence layer around its CRM.
Different services and pipelines will analyse CVs, enrich profiles, generate embeddings, improve search capabilities and calculate indicators that help our teams make better decisions.
But building AI features is only part of the challenge. These processes need to run reliably, be easy to deploy and operate, and eventually support multiple clients using our CRM marketplace.
Your mission will be to help industrialise the platform and make sure everything runs smoothly from development to production.
You will work directly with our CTO and experienced developers, who will support you throughout your internship.

This project aims to help our recruiters easily access the best profiles, and your work will make this possible.
You will work at the intersection of DevOps, Data Engineering and MLOps.
You will contribute to:
- Building and improving CI/CD pipelines;
- Automating tests and quality controls;
- Containerising applications and AI components;
- Automating environment provisioning and configuration;
- Deploying data and AI processing pipelines;
- Managing model and pipeline versioning;
- Improving deployment reproducibility;
- Implementing metrics, logs, traces and alerting;
- Monitoring infrastructure, applications and AI workloads;
- Monitoring data-processing failures and pipeline quality;
- Making deployments safer and easier for developers;
- Contributing to a secure architecture able to support multiple clients.
The objective is simple: Build, test, deploy and operate with as much automation as possible.
👤 YOUR PROFILE
- You are in the final year of an IT-related degree;
- You like understanding what happens between git push and production;
- You enjoy automating repetitive tasks and finding ways to make things run more efficiently;
- You like investigating problems and improving the reliability of systems;
- You are curious about DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering or MLOps;
- You enjoy understanding how all the different pieces of a system work together.
- You are comfortable working in both French and English.

- You have personal projects on GitHub that you'd be happy to show us;
- You have already experimented with Docker, CI/CD, Linux, Cloud or automation tools;
