We are looking for an experienced DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer with a strong development background to join our dynamic technical team.
Missions

Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including build, test, deployment, and release management.

Ensure system reliability and performance across Unix/Linux environments, including administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Manage and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks using Shell, Python, or TypeScript scripts.

Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.

Implement and maintain monitoring and observability tools to proactively detect and resolve issues.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on delivery efficiency and application resilience.

Integrate and manage automated testing frameworks within the CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
Skills

Azure DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automation.

Unix/Linux: system administration and Shell scripting.

Databases: Sybase or other relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

Programming languages: TypeScript, Python, and Java.

Automation testing: frameworks and tools for continuous testing.

Monitoring & Observability: experience with performance tuning, alerting, and reliability tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Dev, QA, and Ops teams.

Passion for automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) - excellent command of the language is required.
