At NEOFACTO, we like building software that solves real problems.
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer that will contribute to transforming our CRM from a system that mainly stores profiles into a platform that can search, analyse and generate insights from them.
🚀 THE PROJECT
Using AI, our CRM will progressively be enriched with structured information extracted from CVs: skills, technologies, roles, experience, industries, assignment duration and much more.
Your role will be to make this data accessible, searchable and truly useful for users.
🔧 Tech Stack:
You will get to work on both frontend and backend, using technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, Vue or React and REST APIs — a true Full-Stack experience!
And of course, you won't be on your own ! You will be supported by our CTO and experienced senior developers, who will be there to help you throughout your internship and make sure you get the most out of the experience.
🌟 YOUR MISSION
You will contribute across the full application stack:
- Designing data models and APIs;
- Building advanced profile search capabilities;
- Combining structured filters with semantic search;
- Building dashboards and data visualizations;
- Developing candidate-to-job matching features;
- Allowing users to review and correct automatically extracted information;
- Building features around data quality and traceability;
- Designing reusable capabilities for multiple customers;
- Contributing to the marketplace and monetization aspects of the product;
- Integrating security, privacy and GDPR requirements into the solution.
You will discover (or strengthen your skills if you are already familiar with it) how a development team works in an Agile environment.
👤 YOUR PROFILE :
- You are in the final year of an IT-related degree;
- You enjoy understanding the complete journey from the database to the API to the interface used by the final user;
- You are interested in both frontend and backend development;
- You enjoy solving real product problems rather than working only on isolated technical exercises;
- You are comfortable working in both French and English.
