Missions

Proactively engage with stakeholders across Risk, Investment, and Finance to gather, analyze, and meticulously refine business requirements.

Collaborate with business users to identify and implement opportunities for process automation and improved data flow within existing risk processes.

Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications, comprehensive use cases, clear process flows, and actionable user stories with unambiguous acceptance criteria.

Serve as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams, ensuring mutual clarity on project goals, scope, and technical deliverables.

Provide essential support to the development team during sprints, offering timely clarifications, managing requirement prioritization, and participating fully in all Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, review, and retrospectives).

Work closely with the QA team during all testing phases, actively supporting defect triage and ensuring SWIFT resolution.

Validate that all developed solutions strictly adhere to business objectives, regulatory standards, and internal data governance and quality policies.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation in platforms like Confluence or a Wiki, and ensure accurate task tracking using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
Profile

Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of professional experience within financial services, with a clear focus on Credit Risk or related Finance/risk domains

Demonstrated experience as a Functional Analyst on IT projects, including the proven ability to transition raw business requirements into structured technical documentation

Practical experience with SQL for data querying, a good understanding of data models, and the ability to MAP and document complex process flows

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english, coupled with strong stakeholder management abilities

Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment

A team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven attitude with a focus on delivery

A working understanding of modern web and integration concepts, specifically

Client-server architecture principles
-
Working with RESTful APIs for integration

The interaction between React frontends and Java/Python backends

Hands-on experience working within an Agile/DevOps framework, including

Expertise in writing effective user stories and clear acceptance criteria

Daily use of Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence (or equivalents)

Experience collaborating across different teams: QA, DevOps, and UX

Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) principles

Nice-to-have

Possession of industry certifications such as CCBA (IIBA), FRM (Garp), or PRM (Prmia)

Experience with regulatory reporting, knowledge of Basel/IFRS 9 frameworks, or familiarity with credit risk modelling tools

Understanding of structured financial products
