We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Functional Tester to join our IT team dedicated to settlement systems. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platforms. You'll be actively involved in the implementation of new features, ensuring their functionality through thorough and rigorous testing. You will also contribute to various IT projects across the organization.
Missions

Collaborate closely with functional analysts and developers to validate system changes.

Review and challenge detailed functional and technical specifications.

Define functional acceptance criteria and the overall test approach.

Conduct comprehensive test campaigns to ensure the highest standards of system quality.

Document and track software defects in a structured and thorough manner.

Work with business and IT teams to facilitate issue resolution during System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Support and advise end-users during their testing activities.

Contribute to internal user training.

Lead team presentations on functional aspects.

Actively participate in all phases of the project lifecycle following established methodologies.
Profile

University degree or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial institution (ideally in post-trade) OR as a functional/Business Analyst in the securities industry.

Strong interest in IT and software quality.

High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and excellent analytical capabilities.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written); ability to clearly explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

Team player with autonomy, a proactive mindset, and a solution-driven attitude.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Proficiency in collaboration tools (Jira, GitHub, etc.), strong knowledge of databases (SQL), and experience with modeling techniques (e.g., use cases).

Flexible and capable of meeting tight project deadlines.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
