We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive a team and the organization to adopt Agility.
Mission
- You have a thorough understanding of agile principles and tools, such as Software Craftsmanship, Agile BABOK, XP, and FDD, and know how to adapt them to the team context.
- You have a deep understanding of the values and objectives of agility and know how to distinguish them from more traditional project management approaches.
- You build strong relationships within the organization to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing between teams.
- You support the team and the organization in adopting agility:
- You ensure that the team meets its commitments and continuously improves its practices.
- You encourage new behaviors.
- You help the organization see the concrete benefits of agility.
- And you act as an agent of change during the implementation of Scrum.
- You support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog:
- You help them to plan product developments effectively.
- And prioritize backlog items to maximize value.
- You proactively identify and remove obstacles (technical, organizational, or human) that slow down the team.
- You enjoy solving problems and creating an environment where everyone can give their best.
- You know when to intervene and when to let the team take the lead, while promoting collective learning.
- You act as a coach to the team, helping it to progress towards greater agility, self-organization and operational excellence.
- You work closely with other Scrum Masters at Pictet Technologies, sharing your experiences, ideas and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of Scrum across the company.

Strong technical background — you have previously worked as a software developer, giving you a deep understanding of the challenges faced by technical teams.
