We are is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst & Quality Assurance Specialist to to lead the ongoing development of a financial sector application.
Missions
Business Analysis & Functional Design
-
Conduct "As-Is" and "To-Be" analyses to identify functional gaps and optimization opportunities.

Translate complex business needs into structured functional specifications, including User Stories, use cases, business rules, and status diagrams.

Define screen layouts, navigation logic, and granular access rights (RBAC) to ensure a seamless user experience.

Review and evolve the data model to support dynamic fields and complex project lifecycles.
Testing & Quality Assurance

Define the overall test approach and create detailed test plans based on approved functional requirements.

Lead functional testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple business units.

Track, manage, and resolve bugs using tools like JIRA, ensuring high-quality releases.
Reporting & Data Governance

Extend Data Warehouse (DWH) universes and define reporting requirements for Business Intelligence (BI).
-
Ensure all new data fields align with Data Governance Office (DGO) best practices and templates.
Stakeholder Management & Growth
-
Provide strategic input to the ASApp product roadmap.

Prepare user documentation and deliver training sessions/coaching to end-users and key stakeholders.
Profile
-
University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the banking, international organizations, or financial services sector.

Proven experience with Technical Assistance (TA), procurement, contract management, or project finance workflows is highly desirable.

Strong command of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Mastery of JIRA, Confluence, and BPMN modeling tools.

Experience with Business Objects, Power BI, or similar DWH/BI tools. Proficiency in data governance principles.

xpertise in defining test strategies and managing UAT cycles.

Ability to synthesize complex, multi-mandate requirements into clear, actionable IT specifications.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate a multicultural, multi-stakeholder environment.

Native-level or full professional proficiency in English.

A proactive "problem-solver" who can drive results with minimal supervision.
