Join an Information Technology Department and contribute to the development and maintenance of robust banking and pension management systems used by public and semi-public institutions.
Missions

Designing, coding, testing, and maintaining Cobol programs within the Thaler pension management system

Supporting data processing operations for retirement account management, pension calculations, disbursement tracking, and career histories
-
Implementing new business logic and enhancements based on evolving pension regulations and client needs
-
Performing detailed program analysis, identifying deficiencies, and implementing corrective actions
-
Participating in testing campaigns and quality assurance processes
-
Maintaining up-to-date documentation and development procedures
-
Liaising with internal users and functional teams to gather and refine technical requirements
-
Ensuring data confidentiality and applying risk-aware practices
-
Participating in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours production support (weekend shifts required: 6 PM to 2 AM)
Profile

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, ideally in a banking or pension sector context

Proven experience with Cobol development, including maintenance of legacy systems

Solid experience with Thaler, a software solution for pension management

Familiarity with database management systems and development tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Fluent in English and French

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Team-oriented with an analytical and problem-solving mindset

High level of discretion and sense of responsibility

Flexibility and readiness to work on-call (astreintes) as required
