We are seeking a Senior Test Coordinator to oversee the quality assurance lifecycle, ensuring that the new security protocols are robust, compliant, and seamlessly integrated.
Missions

Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy covering functional, regression, and security testing.

Liaise with Senior IT Business Analysts, technical developers, and business stakeholders to align testing efforts with project milestones.

Oversee the development and maintenance of automated test suites using Selenium and Katalon.

Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle, prioritizing issues based on security risk and project impact.

Identify potential bottlenecks in the permission redesign and propose mitigation strategies to ensure system integrity.

Provide detailed QA status reports, test execution summaries, and go/no-go recommendations to project leadership.
Profile

Senior Level: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Software Testing/QA Coordination.

Proven track record in projects involving Access Rights Management, IAM (Identity and Access Management), or high-security environments.

Advanced proficiency in Selenium and Katalon Studio.

Strong experience in Agile/Waterfall environments and the full SDLC.

Expert ability to design complex test cases for intricate permission matrices and document protection rules.

Understanding of security protocols, encryption, and data segregation principles.

Ability to dissect complex business requirements into granular test scenarios.

Excellent command of English; ability to explain technical risks to non-technical business stakeholders.

Capable of driving the testing agenda in a high-pressure, sensitive project environment.
