We are looking for a UX Designer to help our client to scale his impact, elevate his design standards, and deliver better experiences to the users.
Missions

Collaborate closely with PO, business stakeholder & development teams to support the implementation of designs within agile setup, ensuring user needs and business goals translated into compelling design solutions and high-quality user experience.
- Lead the design process with a user-centric approach, ensuring that all products and features align with customer expected outcomes.
- Contribute to the design system by providing feedback and building new components or adapting existing ones to ensure homogeneity across all digital channels, to foster a cohesive brand identity and usage consistency.
- Perform user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design continuously through feedback.

Work across various platforms, devices, and screen sizes, ensuring consistency coherence and responsiveness of our software solutions
Profile
-
You have a bachelor / master Degree in IT
-
You have a significant experience as a UX Designer

You have a strong knowledge of Figma
-
You have a good understanding of the UX design process from research, concept, design, prototyping and user validation to implementation.

You have thorough knowledge in the field of interaction design, visual design and (low & high FID) prototyping.

You are familiar with design thinking methods is a plus.
- Good communication/presentation skills and stakeholder management, with a structured and proactive and autonomous working style.
