We are currently looking for an experienced Senior UX & Product Designer to participate in the projects in the banking sector in Luxembourg.
Missions
- Work closely with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and development teams within an Agile environment to ensure user needs and business objectives are translated into intuitive, high-quality design solutions.
- Drive the end-to-end UX design process with a strong user-centric mindset, delivering products and features that provide meaningful value and an outstanding user experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Design System by creating new components and enhancing existing ones, ensuring consistency across all digital products and reinforcing a unified brand experience.
- Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimize the overall user experience.
- Design responsive interfaces across multiple platforms, devices, and screen sizes while maintaining a consistent and seamless experience throughout all digital solutions.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Digital Media, Media Informatics, or a related field.
- You have 3-4 years of professional experience as a UX Designer.
- Solid understanding of the complete UX design lifecycle, from user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, user validation, and implementation.
- Proven experience designing web-based software and applications.
- Strong expertise in interaction design, visual design, and both low- and high-fidelity prototyping.
- Proficiency with Figma and other modern UX/UI design tools.
- Comfortable facilitating and leading collaborative workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. Well-organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Agile mindset with a genuine collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities effectively and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, thriving in collaborative and cross-functional environments where teamwork is key.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Recruitment process

- Receipt of our salary proposal / exclusivity agreement
- 2nd interview with our Business Manager
- Technical tests and / or interview with our CTO Florian Sey
- Proposal of your application to the client
- Interview at the client's premises, which can be conducted either by video or in person
