NEOFACTO - UX Researcher & Designer

To strengthen the team at our prestigious client based in Luxembourg, we are seeking a senior UX/UI researcher and designer who is ready to tackle complex challenges in the banking sector.

Missions:

• User Research (Generative & Evaluative): Plan, schedule, and conduct user interviews, observational studies, and usability tests with internal bank employees (using both Figma prototypes and developed beta versions).
• Research Synthesis & Presentation: Analyze and synthesize research data into clear insights to guide project decisions. You will comfortably present findings to stakeholders and defend design trade-offs.
• Information Architecture & User Flows: Structure complex, content-heavy pages and map out entire processes using user flow diagrams to streamline tools and make dense data digestible.
• UI Design via Design System: Build detailed mockups and interactive prototypes by leveraging and respecting an established enterprise design system. While you won't reinvent visual styles, you will actively contribute by providing research-backed feedback and requesting new components.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with the UX Lead, a guild of designers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and developers to ensure end-to-end project consistency.

Profile:

• Min 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• High proficiency with advanced features like variables, styles, variants, properties, booleans, instance swaps, slots, and auto-layout (including grid systems). You know how to efficiently use complex nested components.
• Proven capability in writing structured research plans, interview guides, and usability test scripts, adapting them to project constraints.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.2) and the ability to apply them to design decisions.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level minimum).
• Ability to manage specific topics with a high degree of autonomy while staying aligned with the design guild.
• Strong skills to identify user pain points, propose actionable solutions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A strong interest in investment banking. Prior experience in the field is a plus, but otherwise, you must be eager to master dense domain knowledge and remain unfazed by interfaces containing 20-column tables.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing enterprise, B2B, or internal tools involving long processes and multiple user roles.

• Experience designing AI-assisted tools for enterprise products.

• Quantitative research skills (building, running, and analyzing surveys like UMUX-lite).

• Visual design skills for creating occasional illustrations or PowerPoint presentations.
