We are looking for a UX Researcher & Designer to join a design team and contribute to the evolution of a suite of enterprise applications supporting lending activities.
Missions:
- Conduct generative user research through interviews and observational studies to understand user needs, workflows and pain points.
- Gather and analyze business and user requirements.
- Plan and facilitate usability testing sessions on both Figma prototypes and developed applications.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Design intuitive user flows and information architecture for complex enterprise applications.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes and implementation-ready mockups in Figma.
- Work within an existing enterprise design system while contributing to its continuous improvement through research-backed feedback.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts and Developers.
- Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) are considered throughout the design process.
Profile:
- Proven experience conducting user research, usability testing and translating insights into design decisions.
- Strong knowledge of information architecture, user flows and interaction design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing enterprise, B2B or internal business applications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience designing applications built on or integrated with SharePoint Online
/ Microsoft 365.

Recruitment process:
- The pre-qualification interview with our Recruitment Manager
- Technical tests
- Receipt of our salary proposal / exclusivity agreement
- 2nd interview with our Business Manager
- Proposal of your application to the client
- Interview at the client's premises, which can be conducted either by video or in person
