Desktop Support Analyst - EN/FR
Job description
To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst speaking English and French.
Your main responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 desktop & end-user support, ensuring SLAs and service quality targets are met.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, network equipment, and business applications.

Support system changes and deployments; minimize downtime and ensure seamless user experience.

Manage hardware/software requests and maintain accurate asset records.
-
Contribute to technical projects, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Document procedures, maintain knowledge bases, and support configuration standards.
-
Build strong relationships with business teams and act as a trusted IT partner.

Escalate complex issues when required and provide occasional remote support to other sites.
Your profile:
-
You have at least 5 years of experience in IT Support.

Fluent in English, French is appreciated.

Technical Skills:
-
Proven background support IT operation in a banking environment.
-
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows environments, hardware & network basics.

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex desktop and productivity tool issues.
-
Understanding of LAN / WAN, multi-domain environments and connectivity troubleshooting.

Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
