Job description

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for an IT Functional Analyst speaking French and English.

 

 

Your main responsibilities

  • Analysing requirements, assessing impacts

  • Modelling processes,

  • Supporting technical teams throughout delivery

 

Your profile

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Business Analysis or Functional Analysis certifications such as IQBBA Foundation, IIBA Ecba / CCBA / CBAP, or equivalent are considered an asset

  • Technical skills:
    • Requirements analysis & structuring

    • Functional analysis, modelling techniques (BPMN, EPC, UML)

    • Use case technique

    • Functional decomposition

    • Functional analysis

  • Soft skills:

    • Analytical thinking

    • Problem solving, critical thinking

    • Facilitation skills, decision making (functional scope)

    • Ability to manage ambiguity, accountability.
