We are looking for a Trilingual Customer Service Operator to reinforce the team of one of our clients.
Your main responsibilities
- Interacting with customers by email to provide information in response to their requests;
- Undertake customer complaint's handling and administration;
- Process refunds;
- Ensure that quality service is delivered;
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers;
- Work on customer satisfaction.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English. Any additional language is considered as an advantage.
- Used to work with Microsoft Office Pack.
- Highly problem-solving mind and analytical spirit.
- Excellent communication skills and customer's satisfaction oriented.
