AI Engineer / AI Developer - International Organization
We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer / AI Developer with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions. You will work with cutting- edge technologies such as OpenAI, Azure AI, and modern NLP frameworks to build scalable, high-performance applications that solve real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Azure AI, or similar platforms ;
- Build robust data pipelines and training workflows with Python and TensorFlow ;
- Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and scalability ;
- Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to integrate AI into production systems ;
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and experimenting with the latest in LLMs and NLP ;
- Write clean, maintainable code and document your solutions for long-term success
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor/Master Degree in IT or related field ;
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development ;
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow ;
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLMs ;
- Familiarity with libraries like Transformers, LangChain, or similar ;
- Solid software engineering practices: Git, CI/CD, testing ;
- Team player with experience working in agile environments
