Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced OT Security Expert with strong skills in both IT and OT networking, including expertise in ISC/SCADA systems and a solid understanding of the ISA/IEC 62443 standard. The expert will play a key role in bridging local operational teams and central IT/OT management, ensuring robust cybersecurity across industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the interface between local business teams (labs, shopfloor, facility management) and central IT/OT management.
- Ensure compliance with industrial security policies by monitoring and supporting the implementation of security measures.
- Strengthen the security posture of OT/ICS systems by coordinating cybersecurity initiatives across regional sites.
- Provide regional coordination during cybersecurity incidents and oversee remediation plans.
- Monitor and support the deployment of preventive security measures tailored to industrial environments.
