We are currently looking for a Process Analyst / Business Analyst (AI & Automation) to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

- Duration mission: September 2026 to December 2026 (extension possible)
- Mainly on-site in Luxembourg (up to 40% remote work possible)
Responsibilities
- Review and assess AI use cases, ensuring business value, prioritisation criteria and supporting documentation are complete and accurate
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and AI Champions to refine and qualify automation opportunities
- Analyse business processes and document workflows, business rules and operational procedures
- Produce process models, process diagrams and business requirements documentation
- Identify optimisation opportunities and redesign processes to improve efficiency and automation readiness
- Support the design and validation of AI-driven and UiPath automation solutions
- Develop prototypes, mock-ups and prompts to facilitate solution validation and stakeholder feedback
- Contribute to effort estimation, complexity assessment and implementation planning activities
- Help define a prioritised automation pipeline and delivery roadmap
Technical skills
- Business process analysis and process modelling
- Requirements gathering and business requirements documentation
- Knowledge of UiPath and intelligent automation solutions
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Agentic Automation concepts
- Experience with process optimisation and digital transformation initiatives
- Prototyping, mock-ups and iterative validation techniques
- Agile delivery methodologies
- Process documentation and workflow diagramming tools
Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or similar role
- Experience in digital transformation, business process improvement or automation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Fluent English
